The top 12 DGrades will be entered into the Championship flight. Remaining places will be allocated based on their registration date and time.

This June 4 - 7, the Bayfield International Croquet Club is pleased to be hosting Croquet Canada’s 2026 Canadian Association Croquet National Championship, in the beautiful village of Bayfield, Ontario. BICC will be pleased to welcome you to this prestigious event.
Registration
Registration opened Saturday, March 21st at 12 noon. It has always been a very popular tournament, and entries this year came in very quickly. Within the hour, more than 26 players had submitted a registration. All have been placed on a waiting list. The waitlist is still open until the registration deadline date of March 30 (noon).
After that date, 26 places will be allocated. The top 12 DGrades will be entered into the Championship flight. The remaining registrants will be allocated based on their registration date and time.
You can view the waiting list by going to the Tournament Details page on our website at bicc.ca/cacc2026, and clicking the green "Waitlist Registrants" tab. The list is divided into the Top 12, and below that the remaining entrants in Registration Order. Those after the current 26 entrants are shown below the dashed line. This list is subject to more entrants. The Registration deadline date is March 30 @ 12 noon EDT.

Overview
Tournament Dates: June 4 - 7, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday)
Practice Day: Wednesday, June 3, starting at 2 pm at BICC. Opening reception follows at 5 pm.
Locations: Bayfield International Croquet Club, Seaforth Lawn Bowling Club

Total number of entrants: 26
Players must be a member of Croquet Canada, USCA or a WCF-affiliated association.
Tournament information including Conditions of Play, Schedule and Itinerary will be distributed at the Opening Reception on Wednesday, June 3rd at 5 p.m. Registration modifications are permitted until Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Registration cancellations will be accepted.
The tournament fee is $385 CAD. Cash prizes and awards are given for the top winners. For partners of players or club members who are not playing, you can join in on the fun for $60. This will include lunches and attendance at the evening social events.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

US funds can also be sent by Western Union.
The tournament will include:
- Practice on the Wednesday, June 3, followed by an opening reception.
- Four days of play starting Thursday, June 4,
- with the finals concluding on Sunday, June 7.
- Morning coffee and pastries and lunches for each day of play.
- A tournament dinner will be hosted on the Saturday.
- And of course, various opportunities will be available for the socialization that BICC is renowned for.
Flight Details
Championship
Top 12 entrants, selected by DGrade, by registration close date. 2 blocks of 6 in Round Robin, cross-blocked. Games will be played in Seaforth and Bayfield. 2 hours 45 minutes maximum. The top 8 will move on to the playoffs, where each advancing round will be a best 2 out of 3 (max time 7.5 hours). For players that are eliminated in the Quarter Finals, there will be a 2 out of 3 "Bowl" round. Plus there will be additional Plate games for those who don’t make the playoffs.
A and B flights - 7 players per flight. All play all in Round Robin for each flight. Games will be played in Bayfield and Seaforth. 2 hours 15 minutes maximum. The top 4 will be seeded for the SF Playoffs, in single game rounds. There will be an additional round for those who don't make the playoffs. And there is a Bowl for those eliminated in the SF.
We have reconfigured the structure of the schedule to allow for full sized courts at all locations, with a fair spread of playing at both locations. The maximum number of participants will be 26.
